Janicki Construction Company, Inc. is a general contractor specializing in residential and commercial construction. We serve the southeast, WI and northeast , IL areas, on projects ranging from new construction to both small and large remodeling and renovation jobs. Dan and Linda Janicki, owners, take pride in meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients, making sure the project is completed on time, on budget and to the customers satisfaction.   Since our start in 1973 we have completed hundreds of projects and have served three generations of homeowners.

In-House Design Services Available 

We can turn your sketch or idea into construction drawings with our in-house computer assited design capabilities.  Licensed architectural drawings can also be provided as required.  If you already have plans contact us for a price. 

Consulting and Project Management Services 

Need help deciding on the right contractor for your project?  Comparing bids and specifications can be an overwhelming task.  Let us help you get through this pre-build period with our expert knowledge of plans, specifications, building materials and in decifering proposals.  The lowest price may not be the one that will provide you with what you want. 

Insurance and Licensing 

We are fully covered by Workers' Comp. and General Liability Insurance as well as auto.  We are licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin and also have an Illinois Roofing License.
